Circle K customers have a simple request: stop selling kratom and kratom-derived products in Circle K stores. A national retailer can choose what belongs on its shelves. We are asking Circle K to choose public health.

Take two minutes. Send one message.

Use Circle K's official customer contact form. Be respectful, be specific, and ask for a company-wide retail policy.

What We Are Asking Circle K to Do

We are asking Circle K Stores Inc. to adopt a clear national retail policy ending the sale of kratom, kratom extracts, mitragynine products, 7-hydroxymitragynine products, and other kratom-derived products at company-operated stores, and to apply equivalent brand standards to franchised locations where its agreements permit.

Circle K does not have to wait for Congress to decide what belongs on Circle K shelves. Retailers can choose a higher standard now.

Subject: Please End Retail Sales of Kratom at Circle K

To Circle K Corporate Leadership,

I am writing as a customer to ask Circle K to stop selling kratom and kratom-derived products in its U.S. stores.

Kratom products contain opioid-active compounds and have become increasingly available in convenience-store settings. Whatever one's position on broader drug policy, Circle K is not required to sell this product category. A national retailer can set a higher standard for what it chooses to place on its shelves.

I am asking Circle K Stores Inc. to adopt a company-wide policy ending retail sales of kratom, kratom extracts, mitragynine products, 7-hydroxymitragynine products, and other kratom-derived products at company-operated locations, and to extend that standard to franchised stores where possible.

Please let me know whether Circle K will review this product category and consider removing it from retail sale.

Thank you for your attention to this request.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
[City, State]
