Who We Are

The Anti-Kratom Association is a collective of concerned citizens, healthcare professionals, and families affected by the unregulated sale of kratom. We came together because we saw our communities being flooded with a dangerous, unapproved substance and we refused to stay silent.

We are not funded by industry. We have no lobbyists. Our only currency is the truth: the FDA warnings, the poison control data, the death certificates, and the stories of families torn apart by a product sold next to energy drinks.

Why We Formed

Kratom is sold in gas stations and vape shops across America often without any warning of its opioid-like effects. While industry lobbyists push "consumer protection" bills that protect nothing but their profits, real families are left to deal with addiction, hospitalization, and loss.

We formed to give those families a voice. To put the evidence in front of legislators. To demand that our health departments enforce the laws already on the books. To make sure no parent has to learn about kratom the way we did.

What We Do

• Expose industry spin. We document the misleading claims, the paid consultants, and the recycled tobacco tactics.
• Amass the evidence. We compile FDA warnings, CDC data, poison center reports, and clinical studies, all in one place.
• Mobilize action. We give parents and advocates the tools to contact legislators, health departments, and medical societies.
• Tell the truth. We share real stories, not industry-funded studies. We speak for the families, not the profits.
